I. Scope of Delivery:
1.1 North American Countries: USA/Canada
1.2 European Countries: United Kingdom
1.3 EU Countries.

*Note: We are unable to arrange delivery for islands.

II.Handing Time & Shipping Time
2.1 Except for customised or special items (e.g. batteries), we will usually process your order within 1-3 working days after receiving your order and arrange timely delivery.
2.2 We only dispatch orders from Monday to Friday. Orders in stock from Friday to Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday or Tuesday.
2.3 Shipping time:
We usually use fully traceable logistics providers to deliver goods. The delivery time depends on the type of goods and location:
(1) For special products such as e-bike batteries, the delivery time is about 15-30 working days.
(2) Approx. 7-15 working days for shipments from local EU/North American warehouses.
(3)It takes 7-15 working days for small items (within 10KG) to be shipped from China warehouse.
Please refer to the product description for detailed delivery time of different products.
*Note:The above estimated shipping time comes from the historical order shipping experience, the actual shipping time may be in advance or delayed due to weather, traffic and other factors, please understand the inconvenience. We will follow up the logistics information in time and deal with any abnormalities that may occur during the shipping process so that you can receive the parcel in time, please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

III Shipping Costs:
Our warehouses are mainly located in China, Czech Republic, Poland and USA. You can check the corresponding shipping costs at checkout.
Except for the remote areas or special delivery areas in some countries which require shipping charges, we provide free shipping policy for delivery areas covered by common logistics providers (such as UPS,DPD,4PX,Fedex), i.e. common delivery areas, if your delivery address is within the common delivery area, the order fee you pay includes shipping charges and tax free already covered. Please buy with confidence.

IV. Getting Support
Despite our efforts to pack the parcel well and make sure it can be shipped safely and in time, we really can't avoid unexpected situations such as logistic delays, broken packages and so on.
